Maximillion Pegasus as a Slowking. This first Elite Four member. As a side note, I finally fulfilled Slowking's wish in Pokemon 2000 to wear pants. Pikachu-lol 

Character designs are for a collaboration I'm working on with spoonerdog123. I'm doing the designs and she is writing a pretty cool story for them to occupy. It's just started, so I don't know if any of it is up yet, but I really like the story we've come up with.
