Lucy Heartfilia as a Togetic! Commissioned by:  I felt this was the best I could do for Lucy. Not only is Togetic a Fairy-Type (get it) But it lends itself perfectly to the magic style Lucy possesses. I had thought about making her a Pikachu, but I already used Pikachu for a couple of characters, and even though Pikachu's a cosplayer now, I thought a different Pokemon would be better suited to this character.
